Program Description

  • Using the five steps that spell H.A.P.P.Y. design an action plan that can be used in the moment to bring immediate clarity to the situation and promote purposeful action.
  • As you move through the five stages of hearing your truth, acknowledging your feelings, giving yourself permission to feel better, purging the past, and yielding to the life you’ve created, you will build a foundation from your true reality and use learned evidence based coping skills to be the architect of the life you want.
  • Through guided activities you will uncover the root cause of fears, negative self-talk, and other behaviors that are holding them back from their goals.
  • You will be empowered to better manage day-to-day life as well as the random challenges that happen with evidence based coping tools.
